What began with just $500 grew into a powerhouse brand that generated over $100 million in sales within six years. In less than 24 months, The Mane Choice expanded from zero distribution to more than 60,000 retail doors, landing on the shelves of Walmart, CVS, Target, and other major retailers across the United States.

Never one to rest on past success, Courtney later returned to the beauty industry as CEO of Watch & Sea Beauty, a brand inspired by the ocean, science, and the belief that consistent, intentional care transforms hair and skin. The brand’s debut, The Flourishing Collection, blends marine-inspired ingredients with cutting-edge formulations designed to support scalp-to-ends health. Watch & Sea Beauty reflects Courtney’s evolution as a founder, combining innovation, education, and results-driven care while empowering people to embrace their natural beauty with confidence.

Courtney’s entrepreneurial impact extends far beyond haircare. She has built multi million dollar brands across coffee, popcorn, feminine hygiene, and beauty, demonstrating a rare ability to innovate, scale, and lead across diverse consumer markets.
