Shipping can take 3-10 business days depending on your location and the shipping options available. International can take longer.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE TANGIBLE ITEMS THAT SHIP TO AN ACTUAL STREET OR MAILING ADDRESS.
We are committed to excellent customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we would love to hear from you. We will try our best to find a resolution. We hope you love what you ordered. However, if you would like to return your purchase please contact customer service within 5 days of delivery. Please note all sales are final and are not subject to a return.
Any physical product returns accepted are at the sole discretion of our customer service department and must be pre-approved. We do not accept return on used/open products and all returns must be shipped within 5 days of delivery. If a return or exchange is pre-approved, please allow 5 -7 days for delivery of new merchandise and/or processing or your return order.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose to return your unopened/unused merchandise, shipping is at your expense. Original shipping and handling charges are also nonrefundable. Be sure to include your invoice number and your reason for returning merchandise. It's also a good idea to write down your delivery tracking number for future reference.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE ITEMS THAT ARE DELIVERED VIRTUALLY OR CAN BE DOWNLOADED/STREAMED.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.courtneyadeleye.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy on digital products for any circumstance.
If for some reason you do not receive the digital product link or confirmation of your purchase within 2 hours of checkout, you can immediately contact email@example.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
EVENT PRODUCTS ARE TICKETS, SEATS OR ACCESS TO A VIRTUAL OR PHYSICAL EVENT.
All sales are final on event product purchases.
We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to:
1) attend the same event at the new, future date.
2) transfer their registration for the same event to someone else that is approved by our team, or
3) attend a different event of equal or lesser value.
4) receive a store credit in the amount of the purchase price that can be used on courtneyadeleye.com
Unfortunately due to the nature of our events and extensive advanced planning, we are unable to offer refunds for buyers remorse, changes of mind, personal emergencies, personal scheduling conflicts or any other reasons beyond our control. Please verify that you will be able to attend the event before you purchase.
